Morning Routine

6:00 AM: Meditate

6:20 AM: Jog around McGolrick Park

7:00 AM: Yoga

7:30 AM: Wash up, feed mellow, feed backyard stray kitties, make breakfast & tea


1 cup Scottish Style Porridge Oats

1 cup vanilla soy milk

3/4 cup water

Boil milk and water, stir oats

Add raisins, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, cardamom, salt, maple syrup, shredded coconut, and almonds


8:30 AM: Day begins with a mind, soul and belly filled with contentment.
